For five days, you’ll be immersed in practices that go far beyond technique, guiding you into the very energy of life itself. Together we will weave:

Breathwork that awakens your body and mind.

Shamanic practices that open hidden doorways within.

Cold immersion & sauna rituals that sharpen presence and resilience.

Yoga and movement that ground and restore your system.

This is not ‘just breathwork’, not ‘just cold’, and not ‘just yoga’.

It’s the deeper current that flows beneath them all, where practice becomes transformation, and ritual becomes a way of being.

Meet your guides

Your hosts for the retreat are the beautiful Gitte from Denmark, the swarthy Peter from the US and Leo (the elder one). We are three seasoned facilitators with decades of experience, bringing together a rare combination of expertise, presence, and depth.

The area is very rural with walks in all directions as well as access to bathing spots in the river. The house itself is set in its own extensive grounds having been gardened from the Victorian era. Your host Leo and his wife Sonya have both been in the hospitality industry for many years, with Sonya's cooking having received much critical acclaim when they ran their own restaurants.
