Personal Training
We presently work with clients from 12 to over 75, some clients are looking to maintain general fitness around various physical constraints whilst others have specific sporting goals such as 5k charity runs, marathons & triathalons.
As more and better research is done into both links and disparities that exist between fitness and weight we stay abreast of the developing situation. We like to look at weight and fitness as two seperate issues, many clients may want to look at both but the biggest benefit to everyone is fitness. Group Training
We have various independant groups who train on a weekly basis ranging from a couple of freinds to a group of 9 who train twice a week and have a flexible payment plan that allows them to drop in and out.
