Kids and Family

Personal Training is not just for adults, I am also qualified to teach physical exercise to children, I am happy to do this on a one to one basis, one to two or as a group. I will be looking to set up larger group sessions myself but if you want to get together with some friends and offload your children on me please get in touch.

Family training is another area where I’m keen to get involved, in our hectic lives we can forget how to interact physically with our children, younger children love games which I can introduce to you as a family. As they get older they might like walking, running, cycling and I can lead you in any of these activities. Then as they become teenagers girls tend to look at weight control which can be tackled in a much more positive way with physical exercise and boys are often looking to get their muscles to catch up with either their skeletons growth (or the latest media image).

I am happy to work in all these areas and hopefully act as a catalyst to a more active family.
