How much and where?

My hourly rate is £30 per hour which is the length of the average session. Block bookings in advance will get an added bonus to suit you. You can always share the cost with a friend, it may not be quite so specific but the benefits are all there and a friend will always help motivation. I am also running various group sessions, please see the relevant page for times, costs and locations.

New offer: groups of 3, each individual paying £100 for a set of 12 sessions, generally one or two a week, the group can arrange the schedule around school holidays etc. This option allows a group to focus on a particular area, like running, general toning, balance or weight management. It could also be an ideal way for a group of retired people maintain and improve their mobility.

We can decide on the best venue for you be it in your house, garden, local park or workplace. I am also able to offer a training venue at my home in Lower Heyford, we now have an original training ‘studio’ but also expect to use our extensive gardens and local footpaths as appropriate.
