Welcome. I’m Leo Brooke-Little, a Personal Trainer based near Bicester in Oxfordshire. I offer exercise programmes tailored to your specific requirements.

Exercise is the basis of a more fulfilling lifestyle and I want to help you achieve that. Whatever your goals are we can discuss them in a free ½ hour consultation. Why is LBL Training different

I have now been training clients for a could of years and I now feel more confident to tell you why training with me might work for you. When looking for a Personal Trainer you should always bear in mind that they may not be right for you, it is going to be quite a close relationship and personalities and training methods may just not gel. Whenever you start out in business you are encouraged to have the dreaded ‘Unique Selling Point’ or USP and whatever your motives at the beginning it is usually a while before it becomes fully apparent what the details of that USP are.

So what is different here? To start with my studio/gym is a Victorian greenhouse and you can expect to have at least half of your session outside. I try to offer exercise in as different format to the conventional gym as possible. I will take you out walking/jogging/running/sprinting but as opposed to the gym where I would have pushed a button I’ll run it with you and adjust the pace to suit you, the top of a hill will be rewarded with a flat or even downhill stretch (have you ever run downhill in a gym?). Alternatively we might take mountain bikes out and as well as covering some countryside I can drop in aspects of a spinning class but you can feel and see the difference your efforts are making. I also use lots of exercises running to, from, over and around marker cones in our garden which are a really important way of developing all round strength, motion and coordination. As I sit here typing this I realise that there are so many aspects of my training that are not readily available in one place, like boxing, TRX training, bodyblades, skipping to name a few. I don’t charge for you to come and see, I’m very flexible on small groups of friends and don’t hype my charges because there is more than one client and I discount for prepayment.
