Group Training Sessions

Group training is a great way of complementing either a one to one session or your existing exercise patterns. Always looking to exercise the whole body I use a variety of training styles and may target specific areas during a session. Generally I use varied circuits both indoors and outside, sessions might also include a short jog/walk, balance games and boxing all dependent on the group dynamics, requests and how I’m feeling. Cost is £5 per session.

This is open to all, when the weather allows (usually) I will use the garden here at Heyford House and possibly some time in the gym. Some people bring their children who can amuse themselves in the gardens but obviously at the parents own risk.

This session is restarting on 13th November and will be based around mountain biking, not long distances and there will be stop offs for various exercises. I have 4 bikes that can be booked or please bring your own (reduced cost of £3 per session)

Time 7.30pm Wednesdays

This is an open group session everyone welcome, all abilities, I am alternating this session during the winter between circuits under spot lights here at Heyford House or a short jog out to Lower Heyford Station where we use the bridge steps and car park (all nicely lit) for various exercises.
